working principle
A jaw crusher is mainly composed of a frame, eccentric shaft, large belt pulley, flywheel, side guards, toggle plate, toggle seat, clearance adjusting screw, return spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate.
It adopts a pendulum extrusion crushing mode. During operation, the motor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft.
When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, pushing the movable jaw plate close to the fixed one. Materials are crushed repeatedly by extrusion, rubbing and grinding between the two jaw plates.
When the movable jaw falls, the angle decreases, and the movable jaw plate moves away from the fixed one under the action of the pull rod and springs. Crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet under gravity.
With continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw carries out periodic crushing and discharging, realizing continuous mass production.
